I was never meant to go to India, I was aiming to go to NewYork. I bought my ticket and the plan was to go stay out there with a load of us from London and skate.  But for different reasons everyone cancelled their tickets and no one ended up going.  So I changed my NYC ticket for a ticket to India a yr later instead.  My girlfriend Jourdan had gone to live in Goa in the south for a year and so we met up in Delhi and basically explored the Northern desert cities of Rajasthan together.  We travelled around for the whole of April and then ended up going trecking in the foothills of the Himalayas towards the end of the trip. India is amazing- it should be on your to do list if you’ve never made it over there.  Everything is totally foreign, stressful and hectic yet at the same time there’s so much beauty everywhere you look. Not gonna go on about it too much really…  The Taj Mahal is the most beautiful building ever.  Lightning storms in the Himalayas are incredible and you can spend hours trying to take a photo of the lightening but you wont catch it. Indian food is delicious but you WILL get Delhi Belly.  There are about fifty billion street dogs in india. In Macdonalds you can

get a chicken Maharaja Mac to go with your Mc Sag Aloo.”
