Video: Hatcham Social – All Summer Long

Categorised as BLOG., MUSIC.

This seven minute epic finds the DIY indie-poppers Hatcham Social delving deep into their new wave influences. The re-imagining of album track All Summer Long ditches (almost, but not quite) the guitars in favour of a synth heavy sound that falls somewhere between the new romantics and its post-punk  contemporaries with a slight eye kept on their indie sensibilities. Taken from their upcoming collaboration with Harry Love ‘Dreaming Of Electric Girls’ is a re-imagining of Hatcham Social’s sophomore album ‘About Girls’. It’s the perfect moody pop song to close the book on a dismal summer.

Hatcham Social’s second album, About Girls is out now.

All Summer Long will be released on 22nd October.
