Crushed Beaks recent contemplative single, Breakdown, now comes in video form. We were intrigued by the track when it first appeared a couple of weeks ago, largely for it’s slower pacing which eventually rushes towards climactic lo-fi fury. The video perfectly translates that into a hazy vintage visual aesthetic, another nod to the duo’s love of vintage horror no doubt (see recent videos for Grim and Close Ups). The EP’s out on ASL Records on Monday and you need to get your hands on it, because that black plastic will be like gold this time next year.
