Video: Alternative Advent – Deptford Goth

Categorised as Uncategorized

I get called a scrooge a lot. I’m not a big fan of this time of year but coming across this has just made me much more of a fan. David Wilson is a London based video artist who has got a new take on the advent calender. He understands that after a certain age rationing chocolate to yourself in that way is kind of weird. This is a much better way to count down the days to Jesus’ “birthday”. He has made 25 new creations thats he’s gonna slip to us day by day which are accompanied by new or rare tracks from the artists hes gotten to know over the years. If you dont follow video stuff in as geeky a way as I do, h’e's responsible for the video to The Bay by Metronomy. This isn’t the newest video but its one of my favorites so far. Catch yourself up and then wait for the rest.
