Johnny Flynn|Been Listening

Categorised as FEATURES., MUSIC.

When he was a wee nipper young folk singer Johnny Flynn used to poach for trout. That there is a fact.

Earlier this summer Johnny Flynn and his band the Sussex Wit spent a morning at the Lexington in North London where they filmed a series of live session tracks. The first of these was made available late last week and you can watch their beautiful live performance of the title track from Johnny’s new album ‘Been Listening’ below. Johnny has an extremely busy autumn and winter coming up. In October he supports Mumford & Sons on their huge UK tour, before heading out on his own headline tour in December. This includes a date at London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire on the 10th December. Go check it out.

Keep your eyes open as we have an interview with Johnny Flynn coming up soon.
