Even if you believe that in no way whatsoever, like never even ever, that aliens have or will be visiting us at some point in the future, you can’t deny the ammo they’ve given to Hollywood. If it wasn’t for these (suspiciously similar looking) huge metal frisbees allegedly crashing in to earth we wouldn’t have The Fifth Element, Starship Troopers or my personal favourite Fresh Prince spin off movie, the one where Will saves the world from aliens.
