Arrested Development.

Categorised as GENERAL.

Arrested Development is one of those criminally under-rated TV shows that only gets played on BBC 3 at like three in the morning every other month. You’ll obviously recognise Michael Cera as George Michael, the son of Michael Bluth (Jason Bateman) but this was way before he started to get rolled out in to every teen film that needed an awkward, goofy lead. The show lasted two and a half seasons, the last half being because they didn’t know if or when they would be cancelled, allowing them a number of jokes at the expense of the network.

Kind of like The Wire, but without people constantly telling you how great it is, it did really well on DVD, leading the creators to the next logical move – make a movie. That won’t be out for another year at least so until then here are some videos of the cast in other things.
