Alexander McQueen A/W 12 campaign Video

Categorised as BLOG., STYLE.

If you saw the Alexander McQueen show earlier this year, you’d know that the runway was full of space age visuals, in what appeared to be a colourful catwalk of visor wearing, futuristic sea anemones. Well if you were thinking things couldn’t get any more abstract and avant-garde, think again, because the new campaign video is a whole new level of trippy.

Director David Sims takes us on a psychedelic, two-minute, pixilated rave, featuring model Suzi Koponen, who is filmed removing the new season’s visor in repeated sequences. In a fusion of techno and flashing, high contrast visual effects, we’re transported into a world where fashion meets intergalactic fantasy – and we love every twisted second of it!
