Cast your mind back lets say about a month or so….and you might remember our feature on a super rad American photographer by the name of Tanner Almon? The guy whose mum reviews his work every day as-well as titling and scoring each one of his photos. Some of his photos are crazy and certainly set the mind wandering all sorts of things. For those of you that might not have caught that feature then remind yourself HERE Well aswell as shooting some crazy and very ‘homemade’ photos Tanner also directs and films his own short videos, which i should add, also have a hugely ‘homemade’ vibe to them. But to me this is what makes them so rad…To me theres a major feeling of Flight Of The Concords and The Mighty Boosh in his films. Check out some of his short films for yourselves. His Doritos spoof ads are great!

Story- As the “Gopher Gang” are about to tear into a bag of Doritos they are suddenly confronted with a very harsh realization: The Ballistic Crunch that lives inside of each Dorito will surely wake the baby! Who will win in the battle of Sleeping Baby versus Nacho Cheese Explosion?

Story- While stranded in the desert the Rigby Bismarks befriend a pair of cuddly furballs. The furballs provide the Bismarks with much needed water and ice cream. Once the ice cream runs out the furballs serenade the Bismarks with a happy rendition of “Hiphopoptamus vs. Rhymenoceros”. As a token of their gratitude the Rigby Bismarks provide the furballs with several hi-fives and a few hugs.

Story- As Geoff slowly sips away at a cup hot chocolate on a peaceful December morning, he is visited by a wild pack of family dogs. Before he can even finish his beverage, his sister is abducted, his dad looses his job as a Mall Santa, and his own dog abandons him. Needless to say, Geoff’s mom is not too happy about any of this and shows it with her fists.
