Brown Bread Films|For the love of it.

Recently I was made aware of an amazing film company called “Brown Bread Films.” These guys have some seriously fresh film work under their belts, and bearing in mind they’re a fresh crop of uni students, it’s even better. Checking out their show reel for 2010 I can tell that they’re gonna start getting a load of hype this year! We love it and we think you will too. The brown bread collective are based in Leeds and consists of 3 guys; Rory Martinez, Thomas Harrison and Robert Blake.  They just sent me a music video they’ve recently completed and we thought we’d share it with you all.

Tell us a little bit about this project?

“We made this music video at great personal loss for the love of it. It was shot on set of a 25min short film called “The Fallen Trapeze” which we can’t show you yet sadly (festivals are weird about that).  Soon though…The artist is David Thomas Broughton, who’s live shows exist somewhere between music and art.  I’d describe them as a series of beautifully awkward epiphanies.”
