Connor takes photos and does acetone prints and a load of other stuff, but his drawings (which are kind of like some of Jean Cocteau’s work, if Jean Cocteau went on 4chan ) are what caught my eye.
Connor is 19 and at the moment he’s studying photography and drawing in Chicago. I asked him what makes him draw and he said “I guess I’m really inspired by people (which is so vague and general it’s annoying) and awkwardness; the uncomfortable vs. the funny. I think that’s where my ideas come from. I’m also really inspired by the shapes of lips, it’s where I start with a lot of my sketches.”
